Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin, extensions, makeup and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
