Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals by delivering excellent guest service.
• Demonstrate products and drive add-on sales to guests and clients.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about trends and product ingredients to advise guests effectively.
• Maintain prompt attendance and professional appearance.
