Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Reno, NV is seeking a Master Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs and deliver quality services, while driving sales and providing an exceptional guest experience. You will support managers and team members to ensure outstanding service and product knowledge across beauty categories.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
