They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance, people, and process. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous experience in a professional salon.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques in haircutting, color, and styling.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, and extensions.
• Meet sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service and sales.
• Support events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
