Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and extensions (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail products.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product benefits for guest education.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and salon cleanliness.
