Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and support retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products, drive guest service, and participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and stay informed on trends and products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness and adhere to store policies.
