Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist in Boston to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services with a focus on the total look. You will support leadership and strive to meet sales, service, and guest loyalty targets while delivering exceptional experiences.

The role requires a Cosmetology license and prior relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in hair design, color, styling, and related services.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, and makeup applications where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and protocols.
