The Master Stylist at Ulta Beauty delivers expert hair services and personalized consultations to guests, enhancing the total-look and guest experience. You will perform design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, makeup, and related services while driving service and product sales.

Collaborate with the Experience Manager and team to maintain exceptional guest service, stay informed on trends, and uphold Ulta Beauty standards, policies, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards, safety, and sanitation.
