Job summary

Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking a motivated Master Technician to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicle systems, test components, and provide accurate repair estimates in a fast-paced shop environment.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, a flat hourly rate of $40–$46, with a yearly earning potential of $100k–$150k. We provide paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
