Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Quakertown is seeking a Master Technician to join our growing service team. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and the potential to earn $100K-$150K annually through a flat-rate pay structure of $40-$55 per hour.

We provide air-conditioned shops, paid training and certification, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company matching, PTO and holidays, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• Strong Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
