• 6+ years experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with master scheduling, material planning, and capacity management.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP, preferably SAP.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules to align with customer demand and business objectives.
• Analyze demand and supply balance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure material availability and production readiness.
• Monitor manufacturing performance against schedules and adjust plans as needed to optimize production flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
