• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years as Industrial Engineer or Master Scheduler in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and level loading techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule.

• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and executing the master production schedule, and will have experience in project development.
