Plexus Corp. in the United States is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate customer expectations with organizational objectives by developing schedules that align with stakeholder requirements and feasibility.

You will create and maintain Master Production Schedules, generate MRP, analyze demand scenarios, and help mitigate disruptions to production efficiency and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with program management and a focus on customer service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must work safely and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer expectations with organizational objectives by developing schedules that align with stakeholder requirements and feasibility.
  • Analyze customer demand to enable effective inventory management, production scheduling, customer satisfaction and procurement decisions.
  • Create and analyze what-if scenarios to simulate impact based on demand changes and unified plan.
  • Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and generate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and mitigate potential disruptions to production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Highlight and escalate any area of the business which may impact Customer Service Excellence with regard to product delivery.
  • Resolve challenges through standard policies and procedures with general guidance.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.
