This role is essential for ensuring optimal project planning and execution by coordinating across teams, managing resources, and facilitating effective communication. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of production planning experience, a strong grasp of material flows, and proficiency in MRP software systems. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within metal or electrical manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend for 8 hours or more daily.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the master production schedule for continuous plant operations.
• Monitor customer orders and align delivery expectations with production capacity.
• Identify critical paths and manage resource conflicts and material shortages.
• Generate scheduling reports to identify potential shipment issues.
• Lead production review meetings with leadership.
• Drive collaboration between Procurement and Production for accurate lead times.
