Requires 7+ years in master scheduling, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Project and ERP tools. A Bachelor's in engineering or related field is required; APICS is a plus. This is a full-time role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• APICS certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of master scheduling experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience crossing small to large companies.

Help connect engineering, production, and program teams to keep complex aerospace projects moving forward.

You’ll also be eligible for a target annual bonus of 5% of your annual salary, subject to the bonus program’s terms.

Our benefits include 110 hours of PTO annually, with increases to 150 hours after five years of service and 190 hours after ten years.

Position Summary:

The Master Scheduler is a highly experienced professional responsible for creating high-level portfolio manager schedules for all corporate aerospace programs. This strategic role ensures long-term alignment between complex aerospace engineering requirements and production capacity. The portfolio schedules created by the Master Scheduler will dictate all workflow sequencing. The Master Scheduler will represent the Company’s values and ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, baseline, and maintain high-level portfolio manager schedules across all of the company's programs.
2. Translate high-level program timelines into actionable milestones that feed down to relevant departments, including engineering, and the manufacturing planner role which will dictate production cadence.
3. Proactively identify and mitigate potential schedule risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
4. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure master schedules align accurately with technical drawings and manufacturing capabilities.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive job instructions within the company enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
6. Ensure and track program workflow across departments
7. Assist the various department managers, to plan resource requirements based on forecasted schedules.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in master scheduling within aerospace engineering and manufacturing environments.
2. Demonstrated experience working across small, medium, and large-cap companies.
3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, paired with a strong background in manufacturing.
4. APICS certification is preferred
