Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner dedicated to helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We seek a Master Scheduler for our Juarez South Campus to ensure on-time, zero-downtime deliveries by coordinating materials, planning, and production teams.

You will generate daily schedules, assess risks, run Kinaxis simulations, and liaise with program teams to optimize capacity and efficiency. Strong English, ERP experience, and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Senior planning experience is required.
  • Engineering degree or related field.
  • English proficiency: intermediate-advanced.
  • Strong Excel skills for scheduling and analysis.
  • ERP knowledge is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with good planning skills.
  • Operational and technical competency.
  • Understanding of process implications across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily production schedules and prioritize work.
  • Identify production line risks and mitigate downtime.
  • Analyze excess and obsolete inventory for optimization.
  • Generate Kinaxis simulations for CTB.
  • Report shortages in customer and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with Material Account Manager and programs teams.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and production flows are smooth.
  • Collaborate with operations on capacity and utilization.

Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Juarez, South Campus.

The Master Scheduler role involves Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Identification of production line impact risks.
  • Analysis of excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Generation of Kinaxis simulations for CTB (Clear-to-Build).
  • Shortage reporting meeting with the client.
  • Create daily production schedules
  • Supervise that deadlines are met.
  • Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management
  • Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
  • Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
  • Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
  • Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
  • Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
  • Provide training to staff members as required
  • Report key metrics as required
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • Senior prior experience in planning.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
  • Excel skills.
  • ERP knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Demonstrates operations and technical skills and functional standards.
  • Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
