Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field is required.
• At least one year of related experience in inpatient psychiatric settings is required.
• Must be eligible to become Licensed Tennessee LAC, LCSW, LPC or LMFT (reciprocity license from another state acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and administers therapeutic treatment plans after intake interviews and history review.
• Monitors client progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Conducts group therapy sessions and weekly individual and family therapy per plan.
• Coordinates discharge planning 24–48 hours in advance.
• Maintains clear, confidential documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures accurate communication of information.
