Job summary

A leading health system in Webster, Massachusetts is seeking a Master's Level Clinician for its Substance Abuse Unit. This role involves providing therapy and managing a diverse caseload of patients with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Applicants must hold a Master's degree in a related field and be eligible for licensure. The position offers a competitive salary range of $58,864 - $105,955 based on qualifications and experience, along with a full-time schedule composed of four 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong and effective communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
• Experience in behavioral health, particularly with addiction services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual & group therapy to patients with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
• Complete initial assessments and treatment planning.
• Manage a caseload and follow up with patients on missed appointments.
