Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions Massachusetts, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join as an In-Home Therapist under the CBHI program.

Provide community-based therapy to children and families, build licensure hours, and manage after-school scheduling. You'll work with a supportive team, gain diverse clinical experiences, and have the opportunity to earn licensure hours while maintaining flexible hours (typically afternoons/evenings).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, MFT or related field.
• 1+ year of therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing a fee-for-service caseload.

Responsibilities

• Family Therapy: Help improve communication and problem-solving within families.
• Assessments & Goal Setting: Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment goals, and create individualized plans.
• Crisis Management: Manage risk and safety planning, offering immediate support during crises.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care for each client.
• Documentation: Complete required documentation and maintain consistent communication with the team.

Requirements
