Starting salaries range from $44,000 to $68,000 annually with sign‑on bonuses of $2,500 for Clinician III and $5,000 for Clinician IV.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Eligibility for Illinois licensure as an LSW or LPC; must obtain licensure within two years of hire.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment, continuing care, and discharge plans for long‑term recovery.
• Provide evidence‑based individual, family, and group counseling.
• Facilitate psychoeducational, therapeutic, and skills‑based groups.
