Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Master's Level Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team at Bledsoe County Correctional Complex in Pikeville, Tennessee. The counselor collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health needs, manages case files, and oversees treatment plans and patient progress.

Required are a Master’s degree in a relevant field (CACREP accredited) and two years of experience, plus active CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from CACREP-accredited program.
• Two years of experience required.
• Active CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Correctional setting experience preferred.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain security clearance if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet behavioral health needs in a correctional setting.
• Manage case files, supervise intake and discharge, and oversee treatment plans and patient progress.
