Job summary

Stratton is seeking a Master Plumber for year-round, full-time work to maintain and repair plumbing across resort facilities. You will diagnose issues, plan preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations to support guest experiences.

The role requires a Vermont Master Plumber license, a valid Vermont driver’s license, and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with benefits and travel to multiple locations on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Vermont Master Plumber license required.
• Valid Vermont driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Facility plumbing.
• Boiler maintenance and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to set program for common areas.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, local, state and federal codes.
• Execute specific tasks from the resort work order system.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other trades personnel.
• Create and sustain a safe workplace environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
