Clear Cut Choice LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join our team. The role includes hands-on repairs and installations, estimating, supervising, pulling permits, and meeting with city inspectors.

You must be a licensed plumber with a commitment to quality. The position offers a $75,000 base draw against commission, $87.50 per billable hour, and exceptional commissions on project management, with no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Plumber
• Valid Plumbing License
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Fluent or Intermediate English and Spanish is preferred.
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools
• Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings
• Perform maintenance of water supply systems
• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
