Job summary

Renuity Home in Henderson, NV is seeking a Master Plumber to oversee and ensure high-quality KOHLER-brand installations across jurisdictions. You will train staff, maintain professional conduct on site, and represent the Renuity brand during workdays.

The role requires leadership of journeymen plumbers, compliance with codes, and coordination with scheduling for permits, inspections, and field execution. Travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Nevada Master Plumber license required.
• 5+ years bathroom remodeling or installation experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee journeymen plumbers and all plumbing work for Renuity Nevada (and other states as needed).
• Develop and create the Renuity West Services Plumbing handbook.
• Create hire-to-retire practices for journeymen plumbers and lead recruitment with our partner.
• Train plumbers on installation processes for contractors without Master Plumbers on staff.
• Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and perform testing for safe operation.
• Coordinate permits and inspections with Scheduler; manage follow-up as needed.
• Supervise installation and repair of plumbing systems including shower and walk-in bath installations and water heater changes.
• Oversee pipe assemblies, valves and fittings (PEX and copper); train on consumer-facing explanations.
