You will work with the Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Operations to keep projects running smoothly, while following best-in-class safety practices and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Requirements include an active Connecticut P1 Master Plumber license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut P1 Master Plumber License in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Use plumbing license to secure permits and coordinate inspections.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and service calls.
• Conduct job site inspections to maintain quality and safety.
• Serve as branch plumbing expert, guiding Installation Managers and teams.
• Stay current on plumbing codes, products, and techniques.
