Qualifications

• Valid plumber license or certification as required by the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain plumbing systems in various construction projects.
• Interpret codes and drawings to plan layouts and ensure compliance.
• Supervise and train plumbing staff, including apprentices and journeymen.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate with managers, contractors, and inspectors to complete projects.
• Procure materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
