East Penn is seeking a Master Plumber to install, maintain, and repair piping systems across our offices and industrial facilities in Lyon Station, PA. You will ensure water, steam, gas, and waste lines operate safely and efficiently, supporting plant operations.

The role includes reading blueprints, performing preventative maintenance, welding, basic electrical work, and collaborating with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Master Plumber License required.
• 5-7 years of plumbing experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience with welding and industrial piping systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial piping systems (water, steam, gas, chemical lines).
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect systems and identify issues or failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system checks.
• Troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and equipment failures.
• Install fixtures, valves, pumps, and related equipment.

Overview

East Penn is currently seeking a Master Plumber to work at our main facility in Lyon Station, PA. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems and plumbing equipment in our offices and industrial facilities. This role supports safe and efficient plant operations by ensuring systems such as water, steam, gas, and waste lines function properly.

1st shift position works Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Wages starting at $37.00-$40.00 per hour, or more depending on industry experience.

Pay rate are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.

Plus a $5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial piping systems, including water, steam, air, gas, and chemical lines
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential failures
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine system checks
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, and equipment failures
• Install and maintain fixtures, valves, pumps, and related equipment
• Cut, weld, and assemble pipes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulations

Qualifications

Master Plumber License Required

• 5-7 years of plumbing experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of pipe systems, materials, and installation techniques
