Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to lead commercial plumbing operations supporting foundation repair, waterproofing, and crawl space projects. You will install, maintain, and repair systems, while mentoring technicians and coordinating project timelines.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the field, strong knowledge of codes, safety, and leadership, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Travel to Groundworks locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for foundation repair and crawl space projects.
