Position Overview

As a Master Plumber working in the HomeTown system, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various plumbing systems. The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify plumbing system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components in plumbing systems, such as toilets, water heaters, and gas lines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing system problems on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing systems. Install and connect plumbing equipment, including pipes, toilets, and drains.
• Selling, drain cleaning, re-pipes, and sewer services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a residential services plumber or in a related field.
• Master Plumbing License
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
