Job summary

1-800-Plumber is seeking a motivated master or journeyman plumber to service residential and commercial clients in Florida. You will perform repairs, replacements, and installations, including water heaters, repipes, and sewer work, at customer sites. Initial employment is commission-only for 30 days with an evaluation to determine salary levels.

Strong focus on attendance, timeliness, and achieving solid ticket values. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Extensive residential contact with customers and dealing with customers performing estimates etc.
• A high close rate and average ticket.
• Must have experience in home and commercial services.
• Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Full knowledge and Use of Service-Titan Software
• Perform residential and commercial service and repair work, including residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed.
• Analyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problem
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Perform inspections of plumbing systems and be able to fix any problems
• Report documents of any problems and action taken
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems

Initial Employment for first 30 days is commission only and we then perform an evaluation to determine salary levels. Key factors are attendance and being on time with customers with a low recall rate. Its also important to maintain a reasonable average ticket value.
