Job summary

Driveline is hiring Retail Merchandisers in Plum City, WI and surrounding areas. This flexible, part-time role offers hourly pay and the ability to set your own schedule. You will visit multiple retail locations within about 25 miles of home, perform merchandising tasks, and report results using a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently visiting various retail locations within 25 miles of home.
• Ability to perform tasks such as auditing products, counting inventory, setting fixtures and displays, and shelving adjustments.
• Must be able to lift to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation is required to reach multiple sites.
• Smartphone reporting for in-store updates is required.

Responsibilities

• Audit products and count inventory at assigned locations.
• Set up fixtures and displays and adjust shelving layouts as directed.
• Stock products and place shelf labels according to planograms.
• Work independently or with a team and report progress via mobile tools.

What it takes:

• The ability to work independently visiting various retail locations within 25 miles of your home.
• Activities vary each day and include auditing products, counting inventory, setting new fixtures and displays, setting products and shelves to new layouts, moving shelves and fixtures, stocking products, and placing shelf labels are just a few of the critical tasks performed as part of this job.
• If you learn quickly, have a positive attitude, and have great attention to detail, this job is for you.

What it requires:

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, lift to 30 pounds and bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time is needed.
• Access to reliable transportation is a must.
• Smartphone access for reporting and photo capture is required.
• This position reports to one of our local district managers - to be sure you have local support and training, you will need to have some availability on weekdays for training purposes.
• We also provide a full-service call center to help if you get hung up and need assistance in-store.
