H.B. Fuller seeks a Master Mechanic to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime through reliability-centered practices. This role partners with operations to analyze failures, implement preventive strategies, and execute maintenance work safely. Success is measured by asset uptime, quality of documentation, and continuous improvement results.
The salary for this role is $38 - $40/hr based on experience. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
