Job summary

Castle Rock Ford in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform maintenance services and support the Ford-certified program. You will diagnose and service oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and related systems while ensuring safety and reliability.

We provide paid Ford training, a rotating schedule with some weekends off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401k plan, employee pricing on parts and repairs, and opportunities for growth within FAH LLC.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a lube technician.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Provide your own tools.
Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle maintenance systems including oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and more.
Perform thorough vehicle inspections and refer issues to the Service Advisor.
Operate and maintain lubrication equipment and perform lubrication services.
Process repair orders and assist with lift operations as directed.
Keep the shop area neat and ensure dealership tools are accounted for.
Stay current with diagnostic methods and participate in factory training.
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards.
