PAL OF DALLAS LLC is seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our team in Austin, TX. This hands-on role focuses on regaining access, enhancing security, and solving real problems for customers daily.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining lock systems, responding to lockouts, rekeying and duplicating keys, and recommending security upgrades for homes and businesses. A valid TX driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a locksmith.
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and automotive lock systems.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check (required for locksmith licensing in Texas).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and automotive lock systems
• Respond to lockout calls and provide timely, professional emergency locksmith services
• Rekey, replace, and duplicate keys for a variety of lock types
• Install and service deadbolts
• Assess and recommend security upgrades for homes and businesses
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and customer information
• Operate and maintain locksmith tools and equipment in safe working condition
