Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Senior/Master Level Automotive Service Technician to join our team. We operate across FL with multiple brands and locations, offering strong earning potential and career growth.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, providing accurate labor estimates, and communicating with customers in clear terms. We support ongoing training, competitive benefits, and a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE Certified.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel & tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, and A/C equipment.
• Willingness to submit to background check, DMV screen and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning.
• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and according to dealership standards.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in non-technical terms to service advisors and customers.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings for needed repairs.
• Stay current with new automotive technologies through formal training.
