Luther Mazda seeks a Master Level Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, ensuring dealership standards are met. You will utilize diagnostic tools and communicate with service advisors to coordinate needed services and warranty compliance.

Excellent earning potential with a $35-$70/hour incentive-based pay structure. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail under tight timelines.
• Willingness to follow directions while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• ASE certifications are ideal.

Responsibilities

$35-$70/hour (Incentive-Based)

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.

• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication
• Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications
