Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in jewelry repair.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Diamond setting experience.
  • Flexible schedule with overtime, including weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to shift tasks quickly to meet daily needs.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail oriented communication with management.
  • Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and alterations on all assigned orders according to Tiffany & Co. standards.
  • Quality - complete craft work per Tiffany standards and follow repair instructions; inspect orders for defects.
  • Productivity - meet or exceed established productivity standards.
  • Organization - keep orders and bench organized; manage due dates and parts.
