Salary Range: $22.00 – $27.00 Hourly
Master Fitters & Builders work one‑on‑one with customers to provide a tour‑level club fitting experience. They give in‑depth club fitting knowledge, possess strong interpersonal skills, and sell relationally to clients. Master Fitters also build networks, manage customer relationships, and assist with store operations as needed.
Hourly rate: $19.23 to $24.04 per hour. The exact pay within this range depends on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue metrics, and business needs.
Eligible for commission and performance bonus, paid quarterly. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance to eligible employees.
