Qualifications
- Ford Certified status required.
- Strong diagnostic abilities with fast problem-solving.
- Analytical communication skills and willingness to improve.
- Must have HS diploma or GED and reliable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Test to ensure systems and components are secure and functioning.
- Isolate systems or components causing problems.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
- Repair or replace worn parts ahead of failure.
- Work with advisors and technicians to fulfill each repair order.
- Utilize power tools, machine tools, and hand tools as needed.
