General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) in Lincoln, NE seeks an experienced Master Fabricator Machinist for the Alternate 12 Hour Weekend A Shift. Starting hourly rate is $30.12 plus $1.75 shift premium after transfer to A Shift.

The role focuses on fabricating, assembling and finishing complex components for defense and aerospace markets, with a facility location at the Main Facility in Lincoln.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years machining experience.
• Experience with fabrication, assembly and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble and finish varied products per written or verbal instructions, drawings and tools.
• Perform equipment setup and changeover.
• Conduct minor maintenance duties as needed.
• Move parts and materials and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Support plant housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
