Qualifications

• Active Master Esthetician license required.
• Sales experience with consultative approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes.
• Drive sales through consultative selling and set realistic removal expectations.
• Articulate Removery’s financing options to clients.
• Collaborate with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Associates for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain detailed client records and manage follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead studio team on KPIs, targets, and reporting for goal achievement.
• Handle bookings and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Engage in community networking and brand initiatives.
• Represent the company brand, mission, and culture.
