Job summary

Removery LLC in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Laser Associate to be the go-to laser expert in the studio. You will administer safe laser treatments, educate clients on the removal process, and oversee laser and operational tasks.

The role focuses on exceptional client experiences and a collaborative studio environment. You will empower clients on their tattoo removal journey while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Advanced / Master Esthetician license required.
  • Reliable transportation to home studio and/or other designated locations.
  • Effective and client centric communication style.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Out of state travel for training may be required.
  • Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
  • Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
  • High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery.
  • Ability to visually assess clients’ skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe laser treatments per Removery protocol.
  • Educate clients on the removal process and set realistic expectations.
  • Maintain client information and records with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to achieve KPIs and a positive culture.
  • Perform light cleaning and handle administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure licensing credentials are up to date and comply with safety standards.

Position Overview:

As a Laser Associate you are the to the go-to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
  • Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
  • Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
  • Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.
Position Specifics:

Compensation: $24-30/hr + uncapped commission

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday

Schedule:
  • Tuesday: 10:30am-7:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am-4:00pm
