Job summary

The St. James in Springfield, VA is seeking a Master Esthetician for our Courted med spa at the flagship location. This is a part-time role with potential to transition to full-time as demand grows.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Virginia, customer-focused, and team-oriented, with experience in facial and body treatments and upscale service delivery. You will perform skincare services, upsell products and packages, maintain spa standards, and educate guests on pre/post treatment care.

Qualifications

• Virginia Master Esthetician license is required.
• At least 2+ years in an esthetics role.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of ZO, iS Clinical and Skinceuticals product lines.
• Strong sales orientation and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs facial, body, and laser treatments within scope of practice.
• Upsells products, services, and packages to members and guests.
• Maintains client confidentiality per HIPAA and spa protocols.
• Ensures cleanliness and infection control in treatment areas.
• Provides clear pre/post-treatment instructions and education to guests.
• Handles basic administrative duties and inventory in treatment rooms.
• Promotes services across the facility and participates in referral programs.
