Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, invites applications for a Master Electrician on the UK HealthCare campus in Lexington, KY. The role runs first shift from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with duties including inspecting, repairing, and installing electrical systems in a healthcare setting.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5+ years in commercial/industrial/healthcare environments, strong problem solving, leadership, and documented safety practices.

Job Summary

Master Electricians are responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems. This is a first shift 7:30am to 4pm M-F schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Preform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and making timely repairs.
• Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
• Complete required documentation of repairs and service information
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work safely
• Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment
• Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards
