Job summary

Avon Public School is seeking a Master Teacher ELA for the 2026/2027 school year. This position involves providing leadership through coaching to strengthen instructional practices and drive student achievement across various locations.

The successful candidate will have a valid Arizona teaching certificate, experience in data analysis, and a demonstrated track record of raising student achievement. The position offers a stipend of $7,000 and additional sign-on compensation of $750 prorated by the hire date.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Elementary, Special Education, or Secondary Teaching Certificate.
• Minimum of a Provisional SEI, ESL or Bilingual Endorsement.
• Five years successful classroom teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of research-based professional development for cluster groups.
• Observe classroom instruction and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Support implementation of district-adopted curriculum and instructional frameworks.
