Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to maintain diesel equipment, perform inspections and preventive maintenance, and address vehicle deficiencies to ensure safety and reliable service.
The Master Technician role offers a pay range of $43-50 per hour with a $10,000 signing bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other programs.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid Class A, B, or C Driver’s license and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The candidate must have a minimum of 1-year experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening and problem-solving skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service is desired. It is also important that the candidate has demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including frequent lifting of heavy components, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing and consistent standing, walking and grasping. This job operators in both, garage/shop conditions, and outside of the shop which may include various weather conditions.
This position requires successful completion of pre-employment testing, including a drug screen.
