Your Job

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is currently looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to join our global Information Technology (IT) capability.

As an MDM Analyst, you will help design and scale enterprise master data capabilities that improve how KES uses trusted data across business domains. This role collaborates with Data Architects, Data Leads, Data Analyst, and data owners to instill the appropriate guardrails and frameworks as we mature our single source of truth (SSOT) data governance across business domains.

This role will require the ability to balance technical rigor with business acumen-connecting data modeling decisions to business outcomes, product usability, governance, and long-term scalability. The most impactful work in this role happens at the intersection of data architecture craft, domain understanding, and practical delivery of reusable data products.

This is an opportunity for a proactive, contribution-motivated individual who wants to build durable data foundations, reusable patterns, and enterprise standards that create long-term value.

The MDM Analyst is an in-office role in Wichita, KS or Tulsa, OK. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Our Team

The IT capability is a vital component of the KES strategy to improve business performance through the application of technology and to profitably transform our business. Our team operates with a startup mentality-working as an integrated group with the Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to design, build, and scale innovative solutions that transform KES work processes.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with Data Architects and Analytics Leaders to define, align, and promote data modeling standards, naming conventions, documentation practices, and reusable design patterns across the KES IT Data & Analytics team.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, Product Teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data products are usable, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders and product owners to align on shared business definitions, domain boundaries, metric intent, and data quality standards that support trusted golden records.
  • Mature the KES data foundation by identifying gaps in data coverage, quality, lineage, and structure, then prioritizing improvements through an iterative, product-minded approach.
  • Support AI-ready data architecture by designing well-governed, well-documented data layers that enable model training, feature engineering, semantic understanding, and AI-assisted insights.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience working with or implementing a MDM platform such as Reltio, Informatica, or TIBCO
  • Experience creating security logic based on business rules
  • Experience creating and supporting matches, merge, and survivorship validation
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with customers to understand business and operating models, then translating them into platform configuration
  • Experience partnering with finance, commercial, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy
  • Experience communicating data architecture and technology concepts to both technical and business audiences
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience driving adoption, UAT, and validation
  • Experience in data quality and observability practices
  • Experience with data transformation tools for developing and managing data transformation pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience applying data modeling standards, documentation practices, and reusable design patterns in a team or enterprise environment.
  • Experience with graph database technologies, relationship-oriented data modeling patterns, and data governance workflows.
