Job summary

NatureSweet is seeking a Master Data Director to lead the enterprise data strategy, governance, and technology enablement across the organization. You will partner with business and IT leaders to build a scalable data foundation that supports ERP evolution, analytics, and AI initiatives while driving operational excellence.

The role requires 5–10 years of MDM and Data Governance leadership, with expertise in data architecture, quality, and enterprise governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience leading Master Data Management and Data Governance initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Proven experience designing governance frameworks and implementing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and MDM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, master data design, data quality, and enterprise data governance.

  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and stewardship models to ensure data consistency and accountability across the organization.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ERP, MDM, analytics, and AI initiatives while ensuring data architecture supports current and future business needs.

About the role:

As our Master Data Director, you will lead the design and execution of the enterprise Master Data strategy, establishing the governance, processes, and technology that enable reliable, scalable, and AI-ready data across the organization. This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to build a strong data foundation that supports operational excellence, ERP evolution, and future growth.
