If you have ever wanted the opportunity to help build something from the beginning, this could be that moment. We are looking for a leader who sees the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help shape a first-in-class law enforcement and public safety training facility and is excited about the work itself: leading operations, creating a strong culture of safety, supporting high-quality training, and building partnerships across public safety agencies. If that opportunity speaks to you, we do not want you to self-select out based on assumptions about compensation. We are interested in learning what you bring to the role and understanding your compensation requirements as part of the conversation.
