This role offers six-figure pay potential, with performance-based commissions and tips. We provide extensive in-salon support, ongoing training with Redken, and flexible scheduling to fit your busy book.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Strong technical skills in precision cuts, fades, color services, and personalized consultations.
• Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
• Loyal book of business generating $1,300+ per week (preferred; qualifies you for higher commissions).
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to thrive with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring and texture services.
• Consult with clients to tailor services to individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area and excellent client relations.
• Grow and manage a loyal book of business through in-salon and walk-in guests.
